This property already had great structure—healthy shrubs, well-defined beds, and a welcoming front yard. Next, we applied pre-emergent to help prevent new weed growth and laid down up to 5 yards of rich brown mulch. This final layer tied everything together, providing contrast, moisture retention, and that signature “just refreshed” look.
